Mr. Bocci's origins trace back to a small town nestled amidst the mountains of the Wyoming Valley in Northeastern Pennsylvania. From his earliest years, he felt a profound desire to serve his community. Inspired by his grandfather's legacy, he stepped forward as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown of Courtdale, PA, and eventually becoming the youngest elected borough councilman.

Following in his grandfather's footsteps, Mr. Bocci enlisted in the United States Army at the age of 17. For six proud years, he served with the 412th Eng. Co. (V) in Scranton, PA, and additionally honored fellow servicemen as a member of the honor guard at veterans' funerals throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

A twist of fate led Mr. Bocci to explore law enforcement as a police officer in Dewy Beach, Delaware, where he discovered his true passion for the legal profession. A proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice in 2014. The following summer, he embarked on a journey to Naples, FL., to pursue his law degree at Ave Maria School of Law.

Upon graduation and passing the bar exam, Mr. Bocci embarked on a diverse legal career. Specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation, he draws on his experience as a former prosecutor to vigorously defend his clients' rights.

Mr. Bocci's experience as a former prosecutor includes serving as the community care court prosecutor, assisting homeless and indigent individuals in avoiding prosecution while facilitating housing and employment searches. He also served as the DUI court prosecutor for the entire 12th Judicial Circuit (DeSoto, Manatee, & Sarasota Counties). In addition to his own law enforcement training Mr. Bocci has participated in many local law enforcement agencies' trainings and ride-alongs.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Bocci treasures time with his family—his wife, Alexandra, their son, Giovanni, and their furry companions, Barkley & JoePa. An avid supporter of Penn State Football and all things Penn State, he proudly serves as President of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association.
