Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, Nick earned a degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University and served as a law enforcement officer in Dewey Beach, DE for a summer before relocating to Florida in 2014 to attend Ave Maria School of Law. He launched his legal career with the Staff Attorney’s Office in Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit, where he reviewed briefs and post-conviction relief motions for judges and provided legal advice to the bench on complex issues raised by attorneys. He then served as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office in the 12th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted a broad range of criminal cases and gained extensive courtroom, trial, and litigation experience across Sarasota, Manatee, and DeSoto counties for three years. For the past three years in private practice, Nick has delivered aggressive, results-driven advocacy for clients in criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation, planned development, and HOA/condominium law and litigation. Clients throughout Sarasota and Florida rely on his strategic insight, unwavering dedication, and proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes.
